What is the minimum order quantity?
From 20 units on Full Colour digital printing (white napkins). For Deluxe with 1 or 2 inks the minimum is 100 units.
How quickly do I receive my order?
Production + delivery: 7 working days from mock-up approval. 15, 20 and 30-day timelines with discounts (5%, 10%, 15%).
Is design included in the price?
Yes. Up to 2 rounds of free mock-ups. You only pay if the final result works for you.
Can I request a sample before ordering?
Yes. We send a pack of 5 free napkins with different finishes in 48-72 h.
Do you ship across the EU?
Yes. €40/parcel flat across the EU. VAT not included (reverse charge for EU B2B with valid VAT number).
Can I print in multiple colours on a coloured napkin?
Full Colour printing (digital CMYK) is only possible on white napkins. On coloured napkins, we use Deluxe with 1 or 2 inks (with one-off plate fee and a 100-unit minimum).
