What is the minimum order quantity?
From 20 units on Full Colour digital printing (white napkins). For Deluxe with 1 or 2 inks the minimum is 100 units.
How quickly do I receive my order?
Production takes 7 business days from proof approval (or 30, 50 or 60 days with 5%, 10% or 15% off). Shipping adds 1–2 business days (Priority) or about 6 (Economy), plus 1–3 days for US customs clearance.
Is design included in the price?
Yes. Up to 2 rounds of free mock-ups. You only pay if the final result works for you.
Can I request a sample before ordering?
Yes. We send a pack of 5 free napkins with different finishes. The sample costs nothing; you only pay the FedEx shipping: Economy $149.57 or Priority $196.90.
Do you ship across the US?
Yes, to the 48 contiguous states by FedEx: per box, Economy from $149.57 or Priority from $196.90. Made at our facilities in Mislata (Valencia, Spain) since 1986. No VAT (export); orders ship DAP, so US duties and taxes are paid on arrival.
Can I print in multiple colours on a coloured napkin?
Full Colour printing (digital CMYK) is only possible on white napkins. On coloured napkins, we use Deluxe with 1 or 2 inks (with one-off plate fee and a 100-unit minimum).
