Brief: 350 Airlaid 40×40 napkins in two finishes — one with bride & groom monogram (Deluxe 2-inks gold + burgundy) for the dinner, and 200 cocktail 20×20 napkins in Full Colour for the welcome drinks bar.
Lead time: 15 working days from approval (-5% discount).
Result: delivered 3 days before the wedding, no defects. Plate reused 6 months later for the couple’s first anniversary print.

Case 2 — Restaurant chain, 8 locations, Ireland

Brief: 50,000 33×33 Double Point napkins printed with logo Deluxe 1-ink in burgundy. Quarterly re-orders.
Lead time: 7 working days, 30-day standing order.
Result: Plate fee paid once (€42.69), reused for 4 subsequent runs at the volume tier of €0.18/unit. Total annual spend: ~€9,000.

Case 3 — Tech conference, Berlin

Brief: 5,000 20×20 cocktail napkins co-branded with two sponsor logos, Full Colour print. Needed in 8 working days for a last-minute side event.
Lead time: 7 working days.
Result: Delivered on time, used for the post-keynote drinks. Client re-ordered 3,000 more for the next event in Lisbon.
