Cookie policy

This policy describes the cookies used on napki.com, in accordance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR), Directive 2002/58/EC (ePrivacy), the EDPB guidelines 03/2022 on consent and EDPB guidelines 05/2020 on consent under GDPR.

1. What is a cookie?

A cookie is a small text file stored by your browser when you visit a website. We also treat similar technologies (localStorage, pixels) under this policy.

2. Categories of cookies used

Functional / essential (always active)

  • napki_consent_v2 — stores your cookie preferences (functional, analytics, ads). Duration 13 months.
  • Session cookies set by WordPress and the Sara chat widget — Lifetime: session.

Analytics (only with consent)

  • _ga, _ga_* — Google Analytics 4 (anonymised). Duration 24 months.

Advertising (only with consent)

  • _gcl_* — Google Ads conversion linker. Duration 90 days.
  • _fbp, _fbc — Meta Pixel (only if Meta Ads campaigns are active). Duration 3 months.

3. Your choices

The cookie banner appears on your first visit. You can:

  • Accept all — enables analytics and advertising cookies.
  • Reject — only functional cookies are stored; nothing is sent to Google Analytics or Ads.
  • Configure — pick analytics and advertising separately.

You can change or withdraw your consent at any time, as easily as you gave it: click Cookie settings at the bottom of any page and choose “Reject”, or tick only the categories you want and click “Save my choice”. When you withdraw consent, we delete the analytics and advertising cookies already stored. Your choice is saved in your own browser; you can also clear this site’s cookies and data in your browser settings, or email info@napki.com.

4. Consent Mode v2

We use Google Consent Mode v2: until you accept, all advertising and analytics calls are flagged as “denied” and Google does not store identifying cookies. This guarantees GDPR-compliant behaviour in the EU.
