Frequently asked questions

Can you produce several designs in one order?

Yes, each design from 20 units.

Will you make it in time for an event in two weeks?

Only if you approve the proof right away and choose Priority shipping. Production takes 7 business days from proof approval. Shipping adds 1–2 business days (Priority) or about 6 (Economy), plus 1–3 days for US customs clearance: about 10–12 business days in total with Priority and 14–16 with Economy. There is no express production for US orders and we cannot promise a date that depends on customs, so order as early as you can.

Are the inks food-safe?

Yes, certified for food contact.
