Here there are the most Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) and their answers.

WHAT IS THE MINIMUM ORDER?

The minimum order for napkins with Deluxe print is only a single pack. The same is true for Full Color Print.
On Standard Print, minimum orders are way higher. Starting on 28.800 units for 20×20 and bigger napkins. For Miniservice Napkins the minimum will be 75.000 units.

WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY TIMES?

Our commitment is to deliver your napkins to your hand in less than 15 days. In the case of Deluxe print, the maximum we can guarantee to deliver in that period is 20,000 units. In Full Color print the maximum is 10,000 napkins.

ARE THERE DIFFERENT WAYS TO CUSTOMIZE MY NAPKINS?

Currently we offer 3 different systems of napkin customization:

  • Standard Print: It is the cheapest, but the delivery times are longer and the minimum orders are higher, compared to deluxe print. It is only possible to apply 2 different colors on each napkin with this system.
  • Deluxe Print: Slightly more expensive, but this customization system allows for way shorter delivery times, and you can order as few units as there are in a single pack. It’s result is a very high quality stamp on your napkin, very solid colors (even printing with light inks on dark color napkins) and has an engraved effect that looks really premium. Up to 4 colors can be applied to every single napkin with this system.
  • Full Color (Digital Print): As with Deluxe printing, small quantities can be printed and sent quickly. It can only be applied on White napkins, but there is no limit to the amount of detail and color that digital print can achieve on your napkins. Even photographies!
WHAT NAPKIN SIZE SHOULD I CHOOSE?

Sizes are shown in centimeters, refering to the napkin’s unfolded size. As an example, when we talk about a 20×20 napkin, you should have in mind that it’s real folded size will be half of it. This is done to avoid possible misundertandings, as the size of an unfolded 20×20 napkin is the same as a folded 40×40 one. Please note that the smallest size is 20×20, and the largest one 40×40.

ARE THERE ANY DESIGN OR COLOR RESTRICTIONS?

There are some limitations (not many) when customizing disposable paper napkins. One of them beign the total surface of the napkin that will be printed. A minimum of 1cm margin is required on each one of its edges (in its folded form).
The second limitation is the selection of available ink colors, since not all inks are suitable for hygienic products. If the required ink is not available on deluxe print system, we will recomend switching to Full Color print, where any color is available (Limited to light color napkins)
And the last one, not every single napkin color is available. Anyway, we have access to the full range of colors offered by a variety of manufacturers, so we should be able to get the perfect napkin for your order!
These are the 3 main limitations we have to deal with when customizig napkins. Also, on deluxe system, we have to have in mind that, depending on the level of detail, size and mass of the desired design, small modifications will be required to reach the best definition and look. This is a non issue on Full color customization.

HOW DO I SEND MY DESIGN?

To inquire about your desired design, you just have to send us your logo/text in the highest quality available, via e-mail. The perfect format will be a vector image in pdf format; but if that’s not available, we will do our best to get the required design from any available source.
In extreme cases, when the source material’s resolution is too low, we can send the source to an external company specialized in vectorizing low quality renders. It has an added cost of 10€+VAT

RETURN POLICY

Non Personalised Napkins:
You will have 14 days to return your Non-Personalised Napkins. If you are not satisfied with product in any way, please send an e-mail to info@napki.com explaining the issue. We will send our trusted transport agency to pick up the package, and as soon as the goods are delivered in our workshop, they will be inspected. If the goods are presented in their original packaging, without manipulation signs, the entire payment will be refunded, the invoice Value, and the shipping costs. Refunds will not be given away if a part of the goods are missing.

Personalised Napkins:
You will have 30 days to return your Personalised Napkins. If you are not satisfied with product in any way, please send an e-mail to info@napki.com explaining the issue. We will send our trusted transport agency to pick up the package, and as soon as the goods are delivered in our workshop, they will be inspected. If the goods are presented in their original packaging, without manipulation signs, the entire payment will be refunded, the invoice Value, and the shipping costs. Refunds will not be given away if a part of the goods are missing.
