Here are the most frequently asked questions (FAQs) and their answers.
The minimum order quantity to customize napkins, both with Deluxe and Full Color Digital printing, is 250 units.
In standard printing, minimum orders are much larger. From 28,800 units for 20×20 and 75,000 units for Miniservice Napkins.
Our commitment is to deliver the napkins to your home within 7 days, in the case of Deluxe and Full Color Digital printing. The maximum quantity we can guarantee to deliver in that period is 20,000 units.
In the case of Standard printing, the minimum delivery time is 6 weeks.
We currently offer 3 different napkin customization systems:
- Standard printing: It is the most economical, but delivery times are longer and minimum orders are larger, compared to Deluxe printing. Only 2 different colors can be applied on each napkin with this system.
- Deluxe Printing: Slightly more expensive, but this system allows faster delivery times, and you can order from 250 units. The result is a very high quality print on your napkin. Very vivid colors (even printing with light inks on dark colored napkins) and has an embossed effect that looks really premium. With this system up to 4 colors can be applied to each napkin.
- Full Color Digital Printing): As with Deluxe printing, small quantities, starting at 250 pieces, can be printed and shipped quickly. It can only be applied on white and light-colored napkins: vanilla, pink, yellow… But there is no limit to the number of colors with this type of printing. Even photographs!
Sizes are shown in centimeters, referring to the unfolded size of the napkin. As an example, when we talk about a 20×20 napkin, you must take into account that its actual size folded will be half (10×10 cm.). This is done to avoid possible interpretation errors, since the size of an unfolded 20×20 napkin is the same as that of a folded 40×40. The trick is to know that the smallest size is 20×20 and the largest is 40×40.
There are some limitations (not many) when customizing disposable paper napkins. One of them is the total area of the napkin to be printed. A minimum margin of 1 cm is required on each of its edges (in its folded form).
The second limitation is the selection of available ink colors, as not all inks are suitable for hygienic products. If the required ink is not available in the Deluxe printing system, we recommend that you switch to Full Color Digital printing, where all colors are available (always on light-colored napkins).
And finally, not all napkin colors are available. However, we carry a full range of colors from various manufacturers, so we usually have the perfect napkin for your order.
These are the 3 main limitations we have to deal with when customizing napkins. In addition, in the Deluxe system, we must keep in mind that, depending on the level of detail, size and mass of the desired design, small modifications will be required to achieve the best definition and appearance. This is not a problem in Full Color Digital customization.
To request information about the desired design, just send us your logo / text with the highest quality available, by e-mail. The perfect format is a vector image in pdf format; but if this is not possible, we will do our best to obtain the required design from any source you indicate.
In extreme cases, when the resolution of the source material is too low, we can send the source to an external company specialized in vectorizing from low quality files. It has an additional cost of 10 € + VAT.
You will have 14 days to return your non-personalized Napkins. If you are not completely satisfied with the product, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org explaining the reason for the return. We will send our trusted agency to pick up the box and, when we receive them at our facilities and check that they are all there, 100% of the payment received, product and shipping costs will be paid. Money will not be refunded if the box is incomplete.
You will have 30 days to return your Personalized Napkins. If you are not completely satisfied with the product, please send an email to email@example.com explaining the reason for the return. We will send our trusted agency to pick up the box and, when we receive the napkins at our facilities and check that they are all there, 100% of the payment received, product and shipping costs will be paid. Money will not be refunded if the box is incomplete.
