RETURN POLICY

Non Personalised Napkins:

You will have 14 days to return your Non-Personalised Napkins. If you are not satisfied with product in any way, please send an e-mail to info@napki.com explaining the issue. We will send our trusted transport agency to pick up the package, and as soon as the goods are delivered in our workshop, they will be inspected. If the goods are presented in their original packaging, without manipulation signs, the entire payment will be refunded, the invoice Value, and the shipping costs. Refunds will not be given away if a part of the goods are missing.

 

Personalised Napkins:

You will have 30 days to return your Personalised Napkins. If you are not satisfied with product in any way, please send an e-mail to info@napki.com explaining the issue.
