RETURN POLICY

Non-personalized napkins:

You will have 14 days to return your non-personalized Napkins. If you are not completely satisfied with the product, please send an email to info@napki.com explaining the reason for the return. We will send our trusted agency to pick up the box and, when we receive the napkins at our facilities and check that they are all there, 100% of the payment received, product and shipping costs will be paid. Money will not be refunded if the box is incomplete.

Personalized napkins:

You will have 30 days to return your Personalized Napkins. If you are not completely satisfied with the product, please send an email to info@napki.com explaining the reason for the return. We will send our trusted agency to pick up the box and, when we receive the napkins at our facilities and check that they are all there, 100% of the payment received, product and shipping costs will be paid. Money will not be refunded if the box is incomplete.
